Technical Support Specialist (f/m)
mufin GmbH is a subsidiary of an international software corporation based in Berlin and Dresden, Germany. We operate on a global and very dynamic and growing market, developing mobile and server-based software solutions for audio identification and music recommendation. Our business partners include TV broadcasters, movie producers, mobile app developers and market research companies.
Your tasks
Support customers and partners in technical issues
- Accept reported problems and errors in a qualified way
- Document errors and disruptions
- Perform installation, configuration and updates of solutions in the cloud or on customer hardware
Your profile
- A degree in information technology or equivalent
- Prononunced communication skills
- Good learning ability and capability, independence, proactiveness and dedication
- Team player with a pronounced grasp of technical concepts
- Proficient in both German and English
Your background
- Linux (Debian), shell scripting
- Expertise in the areas client/server, cloud, and network
- Experience with Docker virtualization is beneficial
- Ticketing systems
