Technical Support Specialist (f/m)

mufin GmbH is a subsidiary of an international software corporation based in Berlin and Dresden, Germany. We operate on a global and very dynamic and growing market, developing mobile and server-based software solutions for audio identification and music recommendation. Our business partners include TV broadcasters, movie producers, mobile app developers and market research companies.

Your tasks

  • Support customers and partners in technical issues

  • Accept reported problems and errors in a qualified way
  • Document errors and disruptions
  • Perform installation, configuration and updates of solutions in the cloud or on customer hardware

Your profile

  • A degree in information technology or equivalent
  • Prononunced communication skills
  • Good learning ability and capability, independence, proactiveness and dedication
  • Team player with a pronounced grasp of technical concepts
  • Proficient in both German and English

Your background

  • Linux (Debian), shell scripting
  • Expertise in the areas client/server, cloud, and network
  • Experience with Docker virtualization is beneficial
  • Ticketing systems
